Ryan adds Powell to England Sevens squad

England Sevens Coach Ben Ryan has added Tom Powell (Cambridge) to his squad for the next two legs of the IRB Sevens World Series as injury replacement for Isoa Damudamu.

Powell, who represented the Middlesex Sevens Help for Heroes side last August, will travel to Wellington and Las Vegas (Feb 5-6 & 13-14) in place of Damu who sustained a shoulder injury playing for his Royal Logistics Corps earlier this week.
